New Scientist Back Page Puzzles

In January 2024 New Scientist started a new series of puzzles called “BrainTwister”.

In May 2019 New Scientist started a new series of puzzles. They are generally not as challenging as the Enigma puzzles were (as they are intended to appeal to a different audience). Also they are not prize puzzles.

In May 2023 the puzzles changed from using the title “Puzzle” to “Headscratcher”, and the final puzzle in the series was published in December 2023.
